We offer concrete restoration, roofing, and waterproofing services, including full balcony demolition & replacement, expansion joints, walkway coatings, partial depth repair and stucco repair for commercial structures, specifically high-rise condominiums.

We are an approved applicator of the American Hydrotech hot-apply rubber membrane system for above grade pool decks and garden roofs. We utilize only the best products in the restoration industry made by nationally recognized leading manufacturers that have been approved by the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI).
